Le iscrizioni sono aperte a qualsiasi forum del circolo forum free e forum community con tema principale un anime shojo.
Il forum può essere iscritto da founder, admin o mod dello stesso, i mod ovviamente devono avere il consenso degli amministratori.

Le iscrizioni vanno dal 29/09/09 al 11/10/09 dopo di che partiranno le votazioni che avverranno tramite sondaggio.

Premi:
1° Classificato: Banner del forum in Home per un mese + gemellaggio col forum + award di premiazione + possibilità d'accesso alle sezioni protette (ad eccezione di "noi" e "amicizia e amore") + qualsiasi richiesta grafica + medaglia di premiazione
2° Classificato: Banner del forum in Home per una settimana + affiliazione + award di premiazione + qualsiasi richiesta grafica + medaglia di premiazione
3° Classificato: Affiliazione con il forum + Spam in 5 forum top 200 + award di premiazione + qualsiasi richiesta grafica
